Chapter 6 As a Broker

After three years and the support of Master Loo, in 1973, I went back to Hong Kong and became a broker. At the time, brokers were paid 2% of the sales amount by the seller. In the beginning, my income was not very stable and I'm only able to barely sustain living.

In the next 5 years, I was able to develop my career with the trust from a few seniors in the industry. I here sincerely give thanks to these seniors and friends who helped me a lot in this field. From 1974 until today, I enjoyed being self-employed, constantly adapting to changes in the market, and successfully closing each deal. I feel very challenging and during this period, I've met a lot of friends from other industry. These stories will be posted on this web-site on a regular basis. So stay tuned for more.
